Our Syrups

Maple syrup changes in color and flavor depending on what point in the season that it was made. Typically the lightest syrup comes at the very beginning of the season. The color and flavor will intensify as the season progresses.

GOLDEN: Normally made early in the season, light in color with a light, delicate maple flavor. 

AMBER: Generally made mid season, a little darker in color with a rich, classic maple flavor. Versatile, most popular syrup for the table.

DARK: Usually comes late season, dark in color with a pronounced, robust maple flavor. A good table syrup, also good used in baking.  

VERY DARK: End of season, almost black in color, very strong flavor. Mostly used for cooking.
