PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. No copies of your identifiable information are kept on file and are shredded as soon as your order is fulfilled to your satisfaction.

SECURITY POLICY:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and amongst the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet. We will not sell your personal information; no copies of your personal information are kept on file unless instructed to do so and are shredded as soon as your order is filled.

REFUND POLICY:
We offer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer Please call our business telephone number, (207)564-2145, in advance to explain the reason for your return within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or check if you
paid other than with a credit card – within 5(five) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise – or if requested we will replace the item at no charge. Two items we can not 100% guarantee, if shipped, and we always explain that at time of order, are the Maple Taffy and/or Maple Butter. Both are subject to temperature and humidity and do not ship well.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within three day of purchase as long as they are “in stock”. If there will be a delay due to unforeseen problems, you will receive a telephone call or e-mail to explain the delay. We ship via the carrier of your choice or we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that we may use will be U.S.Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or even a personal delivery in special circumstances. We cannot ship to P O Boxes via UPS.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

We work hard to keep the shipping costs down for our customers. Due to the varied weight of maple syrup and maple products, we do not use a shipping chart. We are UPS agents, and the shipping costs charged to our customers are exact shipping charged to our business plus a small fee to cover our costs of shipping materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, fill, tape, etc. There is no sales tax on maple syrup or products. There will be State Sales Tax (currently 5.5%) on books, articles of clothing, and sugaring supplies.
